BOOKING POLICY:

All inquiries and bookings for Tours/Travel Services should be directed to M/s. Explora Eco Holidays.

​Bus seats will be allocated based on booking sequence.

Solo guests may not receive confirmed bookings as all rooms are twin-sharing. However, with payment of additional room charges, solo guests may secure a booking subject to room availability.

Hotel rooms are primarily double or triple bedded. In triple-bedded rooms, floor mattresses may be provided instead of cots. Please note, no room preference is guaranteed for early bookings.

A. RAIL AND AIR TICKET

Tour prices exclude air and rail fares, unless specified. Tickets can be arranged at cost.

We strive to accommodate railway ticket preferences but cannot guarantee class or berths. Guests must accept berths allocated by the Railway Seat Reservation Authority.

Air tickets can be arranged upon request, with guests having discretion over airline and flights.

Air ticket cancellations are subject to airline policies. Explora Eco Holidays is not liable for delays or non-refunds.

Explora Eco Holidays bears no responsibility for train or air delays or cancellations by authorities.

B. GENERAL RULES

Explora Eco Holidays does not own or control buses, trains, hotels, or aircraft. We endeavor to ensure tour comfort and adherence to schedules. However, we are not liable for any delays or last-minute changes.

Rules may be altered by the organization as needed.

The organization reserves the right to cancel tickets without explanation.

Guests are permitted one suitcase and one handbag during tours.

The organization is not liable for accidents or damages.

We rely on railway and transport authorities for travel arrangements.

Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances; the organization is not liable for missed destinations.

Passengers must cover increased bus and rail fares.

Washing clothes in hotels is prohibited.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings; the organization does not accept liability for loss or damage.

Note: Our team comprises skilled and experienced staff dedicated to ensuring smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable journeys. However, should any complaints arise, management will promptly address them with appropriate action. We kindly request empathetic and polite communication from all parties involved.

Child Policy:

Train tickets will be provided at cost.

Children up to 4 years old are complimentary but do not occupy bus, train, or car seats.

Children aged 4 to 8 years are charged 80% of the package cost (child without a bed).

Children aged 8 years and above are charged the full package cost.

Accommodation Policy:
​
To facilitate your guests' comfort and satisfaction, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our reservation policies:
- Check-in time is 12:00 noon as per hotel policies.
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM as per hotel policies.
- Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability and hotel policy.

Payment Policy:

Advance payment is required to confirm bookings.

Management determines the advance payment based on service nature and time left before commencement.

Full payment is required for Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during peak seasons (Durga Puja Vacation, Kali Puja Vacation, Holi, X-Mas & New Year).

Overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.
-
30% of the total tour cost (land package - pick-up point to drop point) is due on the day of confirmation, excluding train/air ticket costs.
-
50% of the total tour cost (land package - pick-up point to drop point) is due 30 days before the journey.
-
20% of the total tour cost (land package - pick-up point to drop point) is due 15 days before the journey date.
-
All extra costs must be settled before check-out at each hotel.

Train/airfare must be paid in full in advance before ticketing.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be notified in writing.

Charges vary based on the timing of cancellation.
-
Special conditions apply during peak seasons.
-
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of arrival or for No Shows.

Cancellation requests on Sundays will be processed the next working day.
-
For the Durga Puja Vacation, Holi, Kali Puja Vacation, X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan, the payment is non-refundable.

Refunds after commencement of the trip depend on recoverable amounts from service providers.

Wildlife safaris booked in Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable, including date changes.

4. Cancellation Charges:

45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost

15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost

07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost

48 hours prior to arrival Or No Show: No Refund

​This arrangement presents the cancellation charges in chronological order, making it easier to understand the progression of penalties as the cancellation date approaches.

5. Liabilities and Limitations:

M/s. Explora Eco Holidays acts as an agent for various service providers.

Itineraries are indicative and subject to change for safety and comfort.

Rates may change due to factors like government fees, taxes, or fuel costs.

The company is not responsible for delays or expenses due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Visitors are advised to seek insurance for unforeseen events.
-
Baggage and personal property are at the client's risk.
-
The company is not liable for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides or bad weather.
6. Miscellaneous:
